The Village Hall
Tedburn St Mary Village Hall is a large, modern and well-appointed village hall with a large car-park and easy access to the A30, M5, Exeter and the rest of Devon.
Its location and level disabled access and facilities make it an attractive venue to hire for functions such as weddings and parties and also meetings and seminars.
Whether you are planning a wedding or a party the village hall in Tedburn St Mary is a great venue to hold your event. Also our Local Parish Rate is only £25 per session for the main hall which includes full use of the kitchen and the equipment. Also included is the full use of our large carpark, WiFi, fairy lights inside and outdoors and our tables and chairs.

Peter Bromell Main Hall
The main hall size is 13.5m x 10.6m with auditorium style seating for 152 and cafe style seating for 132.
There is a large, well-equipped kitchen (size 6.0m x 4.3m) with a utility room adjoining the kitchen.
We have a large stage measuring 10.9m x 4.8m with changing rooms and toilets adjoining.
There is also disabled access, toilets and a level car park which can accommodate up to 40 cars plus further adjacent roadside parking.

Other Rooms
John Bromell Room: 10.0m x 5.1m. This will seat 40 people, and has its own mini kitchen.
Small Meeting Room: 3.7m x 4.6m. This will seat up to 6 people. It is available weekday mornings and weekends. It has adjoining toilets.
Male, Female and disabled toilets.
Large entrance hall.

Powerpoint Facilities
Projector and Screen available for Powerpoint Presentations, which can be used in Peter Bromell Main Hall and John Bromell Room.
There is a defibrillator located at the front of the building by the main entrance.
