Parishioners are invited to a drop-in session
regarding the proposed Teignbridge Local Plan

Wednesday 22nd February, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

John Bromell Room, Tedburn St Mary Village Hall

The Teignbridge Local Plan is now in the consultation period and all comments must be received by Teignbridge District Council by 13th March. The drop-in session is to allow parishioners to discuss the plan with Councillors.

The plans for our community are:

● a possible development of up to 40 homes, including 30% affordable homes at Lower Uppacott

● 5 potential sites for wind turbines within 1.5 miles of the village.

Councillors will answer questions to the best of their ability based on information currently available. There will be forms for you to leave yourcomments for the parish council to consider in their response, but you are strongly encouraged also to send your more detailed individual responses to Teignbridge direct.

Please note your responses and that of the parish council will only be considered when filed using the online report forms on the TeignbridgeDistrict Council website or on the paper form similarly provided. A copy of the paper form is available by request on the Teignbridge District Council website or by applying to the Parish Clerk via email on parishclerk@tedburnstmarypc.co.uk.
